A Microfinance Bank located at Okota Isolo, Lagos state, requires the services of the following categories of staff.

1. Managing Directors:
Qualification/Requirement: HND/B.Sc in any finance related field with a minimum of 7 years relevant banking experience, 3 years of which must be in a similar position in an MFB. Professional qualification and higher degrees would be an added advantage.
2. Head of Operations;
Qualification/Requirement: same as 1 above; with at least 5 years experience, 3 of which must be in an MFB.
3. Head, Internal Control:
Qualification/Requirement; same as 1 and 2 above; with at least 5 years experience in internal auditing in a bank. A professional accounting qualification is a pre-requisite.
4. Marketing Officers;
Qualification/Requirement: OND/NCE in any field, experience is not a pre requisite as successful candidates would be trained
5. IT Officers;
Qualification/Requirement; OND/HND in computer science or related discipline with at least 3 years hands on experience from a banking institution.
6 Tellers/Customer Service Officers:
Qualification/Requirement: OND/NCE holders with at least 1 year experience in a similar function.
