1. Property Marketers: At least 2 years experience
2. Estate/Property Managers/Surveyors: At least 6 years experience
3. Estate Facility Maintenance Manager: At least 8 years experience
4. Building Technicians: At least 5years experience
5. A/C Technicians: 3 years experience in the maintenance of industrial air conditioners
6. Secretaries: at least 4 years experience
7. Security Guards: At least 2 years experience
